Hmmm Today Was A Good DAy To Start The Weekends By Having An Early Off In Liue!! Everything Was Just fine Until The Part We Left camp, It Was A Total Disaster and not knowing that the bus tooked so long to reach the bus-stop that i had to walk a long walk just to cabbed a taxi ...Wahh!!! I Totally Got Pissed And Just Shouted the F*** Word as The area was deserted and also sang out loud with the Music Lol... I Was Totally Angry coz I haved a Plan with Mah Fionce to chat and there was No Taxi stopping.... Haiz...Hmm As i didnt expect we weren't able to talk over the net... I Wasn't Blaming Neither of Us But I Was just In A Total Sadness & Dissapointed :'( ...

Trying To Change As Promised But Things Kept Popping Out Of My Mind and worst thing was There was this User In Her YM which i dont want To Mention names here and i've saw an offline msg saying "Low.....".he was just saying" Helow". and There was a conversation where the User wants to cam To cam... We'll Its Not That I dont want any fight But , I Just Hate someone playing dumb with me as if things are unoticable , It Onli Makes Me think more of that acusations which where its starts in the 1st place... For Me I Just Want A fix relasionship... If Ur Reaading this, Just To Let You Know That I'm Not angry It's Just That at some times i feel dissapointed of what things are happening... Well Today We Had Our 1st SAFRA 10 Km Run And At First It was Hard For me To run it coz of All The Happenings That just Happened to me , i cant even bother to concentrate on what i was doing but thank God I finish it without any trouble along the way...

Many Things Happened Lately This few day's coz it relate's to the person that i Lhoved soooo much in my entire life... It Really hurts When That someone That u loved hid a secrets from u and it make u a Big Loooser For Not Helping Out The Things That loveone wants to do... I feel So Hurt That i Break-up with her coz i actually found Out That she asked the guy to help her Do an account for her on skype and actually the guy paid for it on her behalf instead of asking me to help her out...

You guy's may seem this post is Kinda weird and confusing and complicated but it all started from a simple help that i gave because he couldnt get the direction of the hostel, and well after that things began to change and they started going out :'( who would'nt feel hurt if that someone that u sacrificed and gave all ur love for her did this To u !! To Me i couldnt really take it coz it did not happened for the first Time but TWICE!!!!

At 6pm Today
Well i went To church near SMU and Well as usuall went there for mass coz it was the 1st ever church that me and my speciallove went for mass... As I prayed, tear's rolled down from my eyes as i asked God What mistake did for her to do this to me... As Mass started My heart was hurting soo much that i Totally kneeled down as the mass started... I Hated To Do This But As What The Parable said for today's Mass " You cant change That person coz That's who he/she is.. And in order for u to help him/her change, is to sacrifice the hardest thing that u could ever as that's the onli way the person will realise it was wrong. As i heard the reading, my eyes started to water and left the church with a teary eye as i walked myself to Orchard... Things In life may happen esp when u Lhove someone that ur close to and he/she is the onli family that ur left but ended up in a hurtfull situation....

Mannnn Finally Here In Homie Land!! hahaha Well First Day Was A Shitty Shit Coz Onced Touchdown and went to collect bagagge, i noticed that after several rotations, my bag did'nt appear and well went straight to report to customs that my baggage was lost...
All My important things was there like laptops, and lenses .etc. Mann Waited for 3 day's but it onli turned up after 4 days... WTF!!!

Well Today Was A Good Day To Start
Firstly went Out for lunch with My Service Staff To Pastamania at Parco Bugis Junction And well we just ordered pizza, not sure whether she was just shy to order pasta but instead ordered pizza..lol..Well Chatted with her Here and there about life in the phil during their skool years and well got to know some things that i dont know about my other staff's So ya... Hmm Well after That we had a quick Roam around Esplenade as she dont really have the time or know SG yet so ya also planned with her to plan out this outing which i requested to her to tell their leaving staff's to join in the final Outing "FURAMA OUTING".. Lol.. '
Then After That send her to the Mrt And as for me Offed To Work.. As Usual Things Were Unexpected coz total reservations was 109pax but ended up 50 pax were cancelled...

Life's Starting To Get Miserable when Attachment's Coming TO An END!! Whahhhh!!! SOBB!!
Lot Of Things has bEen Happening lately in Life, Firstly anger against parents has been a hard day for me to recover coz its been already 4mnths i've not talked to them compared to the prev years which was onli min 2 mnths and this year is extra 2 mnths, and well i've got this thoughts of living on my own since this things happened and who knows i'll be off good without me in the family..Less Burden For them..

It may seem everything's fine in my life but behind it, its been a hard time for me.. I've Been doing Some Thinking almost everyday after work after reaching home, lying on my bed and thinking of things that i've done wrong from work to parents to friends, Sometimes Its really hard to put things back to were it used to be and leaving no pain.. Not Talking To Parents has been really hard for me Especially my Mum, Since Young Mum would always be the onli parent that takes really good Care of me and sis while Dad is Working Overseas(SG) to make living... Whenever we Get Sick Mum Would Always find a way to have the $$ to buy medicine or bring us to the doctor she'd even sell our things just for the sake of Us.. Now That We're grown Up and having a good Life(well Not always) we tend to forget the things that our parents did for us, for some, abusing parents are the main points but thinking back during our younger days where we were in a crib, almost everynight we would cry and waking up our parents sleep just to stop the crying 24/7.. Now That We're All Grown Up We Tend To Go Against Them And Forgot What They Have Done For Us and made us stand in our own 2 feet :'(

Secondly Hmm well Work-
i'm not gonna mention on what's been going on but I just dont Like To Hurt people's feeling when it comes to this coz well FYI my weakess point are this kind of Subjects...Hopefully Things Will Turn Out where it use to be, leaving no tears shedding and heart breaking :'/ Haiz Like I said, Why Is Life Starting To get Miserable when its onli 2mths away from Ending Attachment, Why! Man Today Was A dissapointing Day For me... Haiz...Firstly came for OT at 10am coz of function going on, then we'll as usuall, chef appointed 2 guy's for the function but end-up me was the onli one doing the shit about it... wtf!! it was like he had a free OT for No Farking Reason...WTF!!
After That Had Some Good Things happened and again as i continued my afternoon shift, day was starting to b good accept at the middle part where everyone was all of a sudden changed of feelings and atittude.. haiz and well as for me i kinda did something , i dont even know why i did that but ya was really dissapointed in myself now!! HAIZ!!! I Bet I Cant Sleep To This Kind Of situation going into my mind and seeing that person tmrw as i go to work : / i dont want that person to think that i'm a bad person... Haiz... MAnn What M I Gonna Do If They're gonna talk about it tmrw and makes that particular person accused of it for no reason... Wahhh!!! I'm An Asshole...Dammm!!!!! What A Day!!

Mannn What A Day It has Been For This Day...Did OT again for 2 day's and its like every one week i'll be having a fucking Ot without Me informing. To Me This Kind Of Shit Bother's me Coz u might not know u may have plans for the day and we'll u'll have to work coz they've put u for OT!! WTF!! So Ya my day was so fucked-Up..

Right After Ended OT at 2pm (OT-7am-2pm) , went for a nap to clear my mind off, but again i was frustrated coz i had to work which i requested for morning shift and having OT in the afternoon but instead they've put it in the other way round..Well what makes me real mad was working here in this kind of situation, and worst still we were having our Staff Dinner & Dance Party on the same day at 6pm and well i'm working in shift of 3pm-11pm, so went to chef's office to ask whether it's possible if i could take a half day but he dissaproved my request due to lack of man-power but he told me that when i'm free i could go up and take a look and say hello to friends. But WTF why would i do that for , i requested for other shift but u put me in the wrong shift..Haiz, well i was just hoping that time flies very fast so that there would be less customer and well i was in luck right after around 9:30(estimated time of less people for dinner)

there were onli 4-9 customer's left so, since i've left onli a few live shrimps, i went to cook them and standby for anyone who wish to take and closed my station.. Once i closed my station i went straight up to see and Mann People & friends were looking great but i was in my chef uniform with dirt on it..But Well Fuck It at least i went up to see the party! well i went up & down of the escalator just to enjoy the party and well the chef from the pastry let me stay up to see the actions so went down to my locker room and took my cam and went back up to the Ballroom to take some shots... well it was worth bringing the cam although i was working instead of enjoying the party -.-!!... So Ya Right after our dinner closed, quickly changed and went up to take more shots but sadly it was ending, lol... But it was ok at least we drank and dance with friends :D

At Least I got to see My Friends There and take shots of them and well they did really enjoy the Party!!!

Terrible Terrible Teribble

After D&D went off from the hotel with friends and staff members. Well one of our working mate went to suggest to go for a drink somewhere but not known the place onli told us the place called V-2 and well to my surprise someone knows the place as well, haiz once reach there It was still on my mind till Now!! We Were At GEYLANG STREET 33!!! WTF!!! I was Like Damm what m i doing here!! WTF!!! ARGHHH!!! It was a pub and well as u Know GEYLANG IS a Red Light District by the time we sat down god knows what happened!! Girls was like no fucking business taking ur hand and making an intro of themselves and the funny thing was they speak chinese but i dont , so hahaha i really laughin all the way.. Lol.. Well After a 3-day of Efffing OT, Finally It was my Day-Off and well i slept like a baby and woke up after 2pm then did some workout coz i really needed it..
So today was kinda tired but didnt really have plans so at around 6 plus i decided to join xuan yan,hazel,wenna & eejie for a game of ball but well i was kinda late coz i took a quick nap but turned out to b a late 1.. Well It was Good To See Both Xuan Yan & Hazel Back again :) and well they even gave me a gift from France which was a Cycling Glove, i really appreciate it from both of u :) thnx, both gifts from me will b given as its finishes(hopefully, coz busy out to work). Worked Night Shift And Well, Was just talking bout clubbing with Augustine and planned out an outing one day with CB class to go but in the end , we ended up going with working pal after our shift and well just wasted $20 coz of wasting a 1 and a half hour of taking care of a prob of augustine... People There was so enthu that i didn't look at the time coz i was suppose to go church the next day..So me & augustine & andrea ended up going home at 5:00am ++ and for the rest of my working pal went home before us so ya it was quite a tiring day to work after the next day....

After reaching home at around 5+ slept for 4 hours and woke up to for church..lol... My head was still spinning and ears was still blasting like a speaker... Well Yesterday Work Seems Fine Coz They did a new MENU and Also Get To Cook Live Prawn!! Damm IT Was So Fresh That I've been even playing with the prawn and also soaking them in Rice wine and Japanese Vinegar , But The Point is not that, the point is that when u eat The prawn with the rice wine consumed by the prawn it taste Fabulouse or even SHIOK!! there was not alot of people during Dinner onli around 70 pax so ya thats why i was able to play with the prawn and soaking them in Rice Wine & Jap Vinegar.. Well Tmrw Its Gonna Be Another Day on a New Menu Which Is Carving So Hope Everything Goes Well as i expect!!

A Day To Start work and a brand new Task of Being A Runner. Lol , in my mind Runner Is Just a pers topping up Food Whenever Theres Nothing On it. But This Hotel Is Different Coz it also requires physical fit, after filling up all the stations with food, I had to go to the store Room To Get Things That are needed for the kitchen And Well Its Not just "A" Thing But Alot Loads + and its 3 times bigger than u ever shop when ur doing ur groceries, but at the same time its like going to the gym..

Then After work, around 11am had to go Off Coz Need To Go For My Medical Check-Up @ CMPB. First Thing that i step in into the entrance of the CMPB, i was Wowed coz there was Alot Of People there and not onli guys but also Ladies.. What I thought Was That The Whole Building was being Run By All Guy's ... There were alot Of Stations To Go Through and The part which i hated the most was the Questionaire's using the com, That Really Killed Us,Some Were Fast but i think they didnt really took it seriously.. And Another Part Was The Blood Test, After Taking My Blood i realise that there was a pinch on my veins and well once i looked at my arm, it was bleeding and it didn bleed a-little but it was like a Deep Cut Blood gushing Out And Well I Had To Scoop My blood And went back to The Doctor to treat it lol.Throughout the Test All My Grade Was Pes A!! WTF!!.But Last But Not LEast Well Finally Medical Check-Up Is Done And Just Waiting for Further information when they call.. Next Would Be BMT!! Today Is The Suckiest Day Of All.. Fucktard Hotel & People... Firstly Arrived Work Late .. But Everything ran smoothly till the End PArt.. While i was Preparing My Accompanyments For The Next Day use, dennis Asked about the tampura sauce.. Then later found out that the tub of tampura sauce that was left at the corner to cool down, was missing then i told dennis to ask them whether anyone used or placed it in diff chiller but no one saw it so, it became in a big mess and they even accused us that we should not have put it on the corner coz people could throw it away... And Well this Fucktard Buff Guy came as he knows the problem and added.. Well He was Big Size, But If He Wants To Talk In That Manner & diffriciating another's race or even lay a hands on me then they're Gonna Get a fight As it Is.. This Fucking Hotel Doesn't even practice hygiene as Coacroaches are all over the place and no one cares. Food that have dropped into a drain will also still b put into the deep fryer to cook served to the Guest.. Sous Chef or even whatever rank he is, Find Him Retarded or even not using a fucking brain, Sauce That have been Standby which is inside a container and just have to pour when needed to top-up the sauce if needed, he wants it to put one side and make it cold instead of making the sauce warm -.-.. Today Was Damm Happening... Met Chen Pheng At 2;45 , Orchard MRT then Headed down to Cenileisure to buy Ticket. Not Onli 1 Ticket But 2 ticket each, coz we watched 2 Movies in a diff time slot.. 1st Day-1stly Did Orientation where we were accompanied by one of the staff from HR to Roam Around the Hotel and well facilities there was Kinda Cool,Awesome,Coolio or whatever u wan to Call It.

2nd Day- Was Put To A Front Buffet & Well At Least I learned Sumthing but then Still Cant Understand A Single Crap From What They Were Saying...Lol... I feel Like An Idiot or a Slave In this kind of a situation...Haiz..

After Work Headed to The Mrt Station And Didn Even Looked At The Time, So Ya I passed By Li Zhen's Work Place And Saw Li zhen, so since last train was gone, came to hang out with him and his friends and well MEt Some New People From His Side Again, Eileen,Terence & Nick And another 2 which i forgoten their names... Well It was Good Knowing Them and especially one Of Them coz it really made me think to what he said and well hopefully things will Turn Out Well for Me :) Then actually didn know that someone among them Was Heartbroken, and its not onli a minor broken but A Deep One, So Ya Kinda Reminded Me Of A Friend Long Ago Who has The Same Thinking and Problem that she was encountering ,Then Ended Up In A Suicide.. :'(

Today Went TO OCH with The ITE Junior Chef's, Me, Kian Ann & Jeremy, jeremy introduced this outing but ended being late for himself for meeting us at tampines & to my surprise, he still can buy Milk tea while we were waiting for him..lol. And we ended up reaching The place at around 5 Plus + sky was getting darker coz it was going to rain but luckily it didnt rain or else we will be inside the hospital for shelter.. @#$%^& Phew!! We Went Around the Hospital and also went up the diff wards on the diff level... All along my hair were standing but got used to it later on... After Reaching The Mid Level The rest didn't want to continue anymore coz they feel some chill on their spine... Instead Me And Jeremy Carried On Exploring the building till The Top Of The Rooftop!.. The Rooftop Was Heavenly Good View. 360 View of all the island's.. it was like the view in sentosa of the Dock were Japanese Invaded..

Description: Well 2nd level Was Starting to get Eerie and Spine Chilling for some of my friends, coz there was a room/place which we came across(5th pic) and actually went inside and i found out that the room which we stepped was being used to communicate with spirits or have played spirit of the glass coz i found 4shaped arrow's with candle on it and it was put into 4corners. It was actually a bad idea of us to b in that room cause who know's the prev user's on that room had communicate with spirits may have done wrong rituals and it may lead to warning or danger to the next people who goes in or use & Looking at what the place has left behind u can imagine how screwed this place was during world war and after world war..It was kinda clean at some parts of the ward though..

WHOOO FINALLY ITS ALL OVER!!!

Today we Had Our FBEC for Group One.. Well , as what i've learnt from group 2's timing it was a success to us but, i wasn't satisfied of what happened during the Fire-ring the Main-Courses and other more that i Saw and Encountered. Although there were alot of feedbacks from the customer & teacher that all the Main-Courses tasted SUPERFRAGILISTICEXPALIDOCIOUS!!!. At The Same Time Kinda Felt Dissapointed for myself coz looking at some part of the Event, there was problems here and there, No Communication's and Also as for me didn't get anyone to at least come for the event compared to some friends that their friends and family came to at least Support one another...Hmm well During IA Must Really Work Terribly harrd In Order To Get To the top to persue this Course and travel around the world to discover new food tactics and their cookings..

Yesterday was a moment of sadness for Me coz 1stly it was my 2 cousin's and now 4 friends and including 2 best of Friends of Ours From The Same Culinary Course Were Off To Fly To France For Their Exchange Programme, everyone were crying instead of the family member's..I did a bet with Them saying that they'll definately cry and will miss us but they were confident's that they wont cry but onli Missed Us Very Much, but looking at it it was the other way round, everyone who turned up for their farewell were all crying even our lecturer's that were there cried with them and well we will miss U Both Dearly Hazel & Xuan Yan especially the times we as the group plays basketball, see both of u in school doing funny things and taking of pictures with u guys with those looks.. Lol and at the same time Really Proud Of u Guys To Be Going There!! Well As Promised To You Guy's, one day as both of u come back we'll go Country to Country with our friends.. Well Today Another Aunt Came For A Holiday, she's From USA and came here in singapore with her dad to see What Singapore Attraction is all about.. well eventhough they didnt stay for long coz they onli stayed for onli 1 day then off to philippines again . Today Went To accompany them to the airport and well saw lot of sad faces from different families and friends.. Then i saw this Family , with 2 son and their mom , the kid didnt know that their dad was not gonna accompany them back home coz he needs to stay here to work, and the kid was crying calling his dad, well as for me it reminded me of my past as well coz it was the similar thing that my dad did to us when he came here to singapore to work to support us..Airport was a very sad place when families and friends are going back to wherever they came from.. But Again For Me, eventhough one goes Back, Another Family member Comes To Stay :D And well Its both of my woderful cousin's... Gonna Spread The Fun To THem Here in SG If possible!!

Hmm well today kinda did some lots of thinking about many stuff, for example like The FBEC event that were having, for me i'm kinda afraid it would not be a sucess coz looking at some friends which are from my group seems to loose interest on this FYE (Final Year Event...
But then somewhere deep inside tells me not to gives up but to finish it up although our standards may not be as that high for this event at least we came up sumthing and completed the task rather than being ashamed of ourselves where other group may have good remarks than ours... WHOOO!!!! DAY!!!

Firstly Went church For Easter celebration and well it was again Packed with people but not packed as Easter Virgil... After The Mass, went To watch and also get to eat free flow of food by the church...Then after That headed down To Joo Koon To Meet Up with My Parents Coz they were at The HArvey NOrman Warehouse SAle!!! And Once reached there There Were Totally Lots of lots of people due to low sale prices of Furniture,Camera's,Plasma Tv,Fridge etc.. So Met Up With Parents and well straigh went to find them inside, saw them at the Laptop Corner Then Heard From My mum that my dad Bought a Laptop,i Was Shocked and looked at The receipt if it was True.. Hmm well It Was But Then It Was TOSHIBA -.-" F!! And plus my dad didn really saw the keyboard on how it looks, it looks like the keypad are for people who was cockeye or so...lol but then just accepted it coz Its Been already Bought! So YEa Then i saw this Nikon D90 which onli cost 12000 Plus Freebies of 2-8gb of memory,1 bag, card reader,tri-pod, and other stuff told my dad that i'll just have a look around at the DSLR section, then all of a sudden he picked up the D90 and asked more info about the cam and booked the final box, HAHAHA but funny things is that Once Go To The Cashier cashcard was rejected...lol...HAHAHA!!! F%^& !!! i tot i was gonna get hold of The D90 already but then coz of the card It ruined my day..Lol.. where can u get a cheap bargain at this kind of Time especially NIkon DSLR'S!!!!! WAHHH... Then after that just purchased thelaptop which the keypad looked like for cockeye people... Headed Down To Singapore Expo to See More DSLR Camera's... On The Afternoon Went To meet up with Hazel & Xuan Yan to go to The Class Chalet Which was At Aloha Loyang-Pasir Ris.. at first i thought that there would be Lots of class people turning up the chalet but again onli few people turned up..Marcus Brought along his Friend to the chalet and well Hopefully she had Fun during the chalet coz it was kinda boring at first but once come to like around 1+ we went for a swim(secretly) since there were people swimming in the pool as well. Then after a swim went back to our room and played cards while loser's drink. We drank and played till the next morning and we were like bunch of crazy arses screaming here and there drinking liquors and all that..It was kinda Fun..Hopefully Those people whom went for the chalet Had Fun!!

It was a Maundy Thursday and well as usuall lots of people crowded the church for mass at around 630 Followed by Adoration at 7:30 till midnight, well i had duty till midnight and well we were appointed to help out to usher Car's to the carpark -.-" it was fun Though...LOl!!!..

Lots of busses which carries lots of people in it, came to the church to Pray and to what a see they were actually from another churches, Now that i knew that every Maundy Thursday, People from diff Churches come to other churches to pray... Well to what i see it was quite Fun!! Maybe NExt Year will try to go to diff churches to pray as well.. And well to my Surprise , Lot Of Good Looking Duddette's came to Church.. Lol there was one who i think purposely say goodbye and hugged a friend right infront of me as if i knew her or was she just getting my attention ...lol.. She was Very Pretty Though :D ... Lol... Went for Samantha's 21st Birthday At Downtown East, but firstly we went over to white sand and bought her a present coz we havent decided to buy her One and after that procedded to Downtown East for her party, once get there it was raining so it was hard for them to cook things up coz of the rain... Lots of people, family members or relatives came over for her party and well once got there we took over Fredric and Bari's place so that they can eat, food was finishing real fast!!! Once cook, first thing u know the beef is gone!!! Lol...

Well Today Had To Go to IkEA to find some things for our deco...Tooked a bus there which was bus 27 to Ikea and reached there 5min early,decided to meet them at ikea since theres a direct bus to Ikea from my house rather than waiting for them at interchange wich will be a hassle for me.. While Waiting for Friends, i grabbed a bite there as food was kinda cheap.... As time Passed, i looked at my watched and found out that it was way Beyond our meeting time and it was around 3 plus when they called, that they are on the way to Ikea... Today, Was The Last Day Of School And Also Last Day For Sir Iggy To Be Teaching Us On IFB(Introduction to Food & Beverage) ,it was sad to hear from sir coz he's gonna be teaching the April Intake Peeps but then at the same time Happy(NOT) coz Hol's are already starting Today so we are having so called a month hols...After Skool Went To TANJONG PAGAR To The FUJI XEROX Building to take my Nikon digital camera coz it was sent for repair and well I was Kinda Lost and Soaked Wet coz it Rained over The Are There then finally an intensive search for an hour ,finally Found the building and well Happy that i Can Use My Cam Again WHOO!!!

After Taking My repaired Dig cam went home and rested for 3 hours and then went To Punggol Park For a Jog With My sec classmate,

Yu Shih(Taiwan Ren), Ran around 4 rounds for the day and well Timing Was Bad and I Mean BAd.. Been 1 and a half month without an intense athelatic training and well like i said Its Bad!!

Firstly in the morning followed My uncle And Ate To Roam Around Singapore Coz it was their last day staying over, Went to Meet Augustine at first for the psp at hougang then off to Marina Square,Along The way There was this Media Fest and saw Fiona Xie & another celebrity whom i forgotten her name,well fiona xie was kinda diff in personal than her in tv show's. After That went To Mellinia Walk to have the camcorder exchanged then off to the flyer, well not really near the flyer. After That Off To Bugis to Sim Lim , Bought some stuff there and some computer parts. Then went Back home to let them rest as Ate is Flying at nite.. Ate Jade Came To See Uncle and well we had a mini re-union dinner..haha.. Basket I broke my Fast Again...Lol Temptation's Are Hard To Deal With coz dad bought 2 Roasted Chickens and well attracted by it so no choice but to munch..Lol...

Today Had Our Lifeskill Lesson , theory was first followed by watching a movie called "A Beautiful Boxer". It Was Nice and funny at the same time coz we were refering the "Beautiful Boxer" With Our Friend..

Well Today i spent The Day with Cycling with Friends and well At first while cycling to Pasir Ris was having some trouble coz the road for the bicycle was very small compared to the car's space.. Onced Reached Pasir Ris Interchange met with Kian Ann & Jeremy.. While waiting for Xuan Yan, Hazel &Wenna Went To White Sand's Mall Mac coz Jeremy wanted to buy fries & burger, after that went to the bicycle shop to check for my bic tyre. Mann the wheel looked nice but it cost a bomb!!, one exterior wheel cost $48 buck not inlcuding the tube, if ever i had bought those it could have cost me roughly around $80++.. So didn't bought it.. When The peeps Reached The interchange, they took bus 403 to the other part of the Pasir Ris While i wasCycling there and well i got Lost coz i went all the way to the fish farm...hahaha... The place was kinda confusing coz it was all the way inside of the bangalow..

Onced Reached the place, we then headed down to the bic rental to rent their bic.. XuanYan & Wenna decided To rent the double bic wich cost them $9..While they were renting there was this small guy talking and well we find him quite amusing coz he was kinda talking like he was the dude who was running the rental and well we even took pic with him hahah he was like some star...Hahaha...Then went For Our Ride Around Pasir Ris... we had fun...

It was Another Tiring Week for Me in School, Firstly had Sir Eric's lesson and well today i thought that the time-table didnt changed since my time-table for every Thursday is at 9 am so, i thought that today had to report at 9am but it was actually at 8:30am so i was really late and i reached skool and the class at 9am sharp... As Usual i managed to stay awake for the lesson and again we played game but this time someone walked into our classroom and it was our Frend HuiShan who wanted to dropp out of this course.. No more friend to play basketball with coz usually me,xuan yan,huishan,augustine and chenpheng plays basketball with and now we did lost 1 of our player so yea it was kinda sad for us to hear that she really wanted to drop out of the course :/. during The Game we tooked pic's with huishan b4 she left and continued camwhoring with other peeps..lol..

Today was a hactic day, firstly early morning around 9am had PE (actually 8:30 but i was l8 for skool) played volleyball at first then followed by badminton, Tired after playing both sports. After The Lesson, Fund raising resumed around 11am and we started of preparing table,chairs,ingredients,waffle machine and much more...
Well Today's Business was kinda good for some Station's compared to my friends from the another group whose business is not so sellable due to centre attraction as in the ice-pop Group(my Group) went to sell their ice-pops infront of the table but as to planned it was suppose to be 1 from my group and 1 from the other group, but it was ok coz both sides agreed to decissions.. Ice-Pop Group managed to Sold all of their Milo ice-pops and left with TEH'-pop, and for the other group some had extra's here and there and well also some parts of the working had some jam's due to some wrong orders..We ended Our fund-raising event around 4 plus and well as usual everyone was Looking Very Tired...

In the Train we Bounced To Harbour Front To Sengkang and well since 4 of us were tired we sat down and sleep and all off a sudden one of my friend , Jeremy stood Up, didn really noticed he stood up until someone who used an Umbrella , i dont know whether she really did it on purpose and used her umbrella to hit my leg twice , at first i ignored the 1st hit. i woke up and saw diff person sitted right beside me and it was an old LAdy , i looked at her and well at first didn know wad she want coz i was blasting my ear listening to my Music.. She did some hand sign like to ask me out off the chair to ask her friend to sit. Due she was an Old Lady i tried To ignore my anger and let it off coz i respected her as my elderly but then not only A friend of her's but there was actually 3 of her friend who are also in their 60's or 70's aged she tried to like ask her friend to wake my friends up in order to give up their sit.. I mean eventhough we were sitting on the seat which we should offer to the elderly, handicap,pregnant lady which the sticker stated does'nt mean that u could just wake that person Up, unless we were wide awake and saw that there is an old lady and should offer the seat to her but wad she did was kinda Pissed Me Off..

*For My SG'S Friends No Offence But This Is What I Realise, some sg's people to me are really Kinda Rude,Shitty,F- eee, lazy,Racist, etc... I Mean Sumtimes they themselves weren't even sure that what they did was making people Effed-Up and to singaporeans find it normal, as like they say Typical Singaporeans are in Disgrace..

After Reaching Home,bathed and did some research on some items regarding fitness & sports coz currently i've stopped all my daily exercise and well i know its not good but havve to do more of it since I will be working more inside the kitchen, carrying loads of food,soups so ya need to have fitness on it.. Watched Sex and The City and well it was a Nice show eventhough there were like 50% of u know...Sex.... That's Why its called sex and the city, But judging on the show it was Good coz they were kinda related to how they lived their life and also some parts were kinda tru about Life as Well...

Today Lesson Was Kinda Boring, But well just manage To bare with it till the middle part where we had a Non-verbal Communication Game, We Had To Guess What Our Friend's Are trying to describe just by using their hand action's and movement's.. well it was quite challenging coz both teams managed to Draw each Other 4-4 and well The Winning Team was Our side Thnx To someone who managed to answer the question eventhough he wasn't really been listening...

After lesson, we did our Group R & D , at first our chef lectured us for 5-10min bcoz there were onli 5 of our group-mate who wore their chef uniform... So Since half of them are not in uniform the 5 of us procedded with our R&D.. The Appetizer's were well-done and well Garnished and AMAZINGLY All Of Food We Cooked Tasted VVV-Delicious!!!!

Hmm Well Today We Bought Our R&D Ingredients at Jurong East IMM and well we spent around $38++ Total coz we just bought our Appetizer ingredient.. After went shopping ingredients went to skool to store our ingredients so that it b ready for tmrw's cooking...

We then went to accompany Shah To Esplenade for he's Lifeskill Project with he's group while me & Chen Pheng were extra , so we decided to just slack there. We Then Bought starbucks while waiting for his group Mate's, Xuan Yan,Joanna,Christina ( jeremy didn came) .. Shah Ordered Mocha ice-blended with some blended sumthing and guess wad the lady thought that it was a saperate cup so end up shah got 2 Coffee drink for $14.80 both Verti (Big) ended We had 4 coffee's for 3 just 3 pers...

Yesterday

Well Yesterday didn't really celebrate V-Day with someone coz there were no someone, instead i was busy baking cookies on friday till the next day which makes me had no sleep for a day...

Although i had No sleep it was ok for me coz first priority is my Customer's order's So Yeap very Proud of it and well it was my first time baking cookies for a chef and some friends already said it was really Good and hopefully i'll keep on selling it...Lol.. Not Sure If They really mean wad they said coz normally if its ur first time cooking sumthing it woudn't turn out that well..

Went Down To Raffles Link To Meet Up With Jeremy To pass down the Cookies Which Christina friends Ordered and it was Christina's Baptism So since we were there to pass her the cookies we also did attend her baptism. Well around 10:30am went down to Vivo For Meet Of Group One For the Event meeting.. And well everything was done on the spot and after the meeting , Met fatin and the Group for the Lifeskill Project. Firstly met Lydia's Mum and we sent her to Jurong Area... After That we proceeded to The Children's Association to talk about our proposal but then the head director wasn't there so end up we have made and send an e-mail to the Director for permission in helping teaching the children there... we Slacked and e-mailed at McDonald while eating and typing..

Well It was A Normal sunday and After Church went Directly Home coz to prepare myself for the Annual AGM Meeting For All The SCA (Singapore Chef Association) followed by Lo Hei Lunar New Year Dinner.. At first I had a hard time choosing on what to wear coz the Theme for the dinner was Traditional Auspicious Color, so ya... So anyhow mix and match myself and took me around 2o min, so wad i decided to wear was similar to wad i wore during The D&D (Diner & Dine)...After Choosing what to wear, went To Meet Friends Over at Chinatown.. Onced Met Up with them We Then Tooked bus 186 and got off from the 3rd bus-stop, we then saw Sir Melvin right after we got off the bus And walked with him to the Hotel Which is the Copthorne Waterfront Hotel..At first we thought that we were way early coz there were no people yet but then found out that we were in the wrong level..gaga.. we then went down to the 3rd storey and well as there were alot of people waiting for the meeting to start...Cutting The Storey short..

Like Finally We Went Into The ballroom and were seated to our seats,While waiting for the host to come in with his introduction we ordered some drinks like, beer,wine,coke,sprite,orange and more..Onced they had finished on what they have to talk, our first dish was the Lo Hei.. For shah & dyea it was their first time coming for a Chinese New Year Dinner and well it was fun Coz Instead Of Tossing The Vege's and Flakes into the plate back again, the food began to fly around like it has wings all of a sudden..Hahaha..in the End my shirt has vege's here and there and also didnt know that there was still vege in my pant's pockiet till i reached home and found out that it flew right in my pocket..LOl.. They Then served us coursed by Course and Ended with Great Performances Especially From The Host..Basket!! Greeting From From the host to the Phillipinians ,Kamusta Ka, Mahal Ko Kayo Please Come Again At Lucky Plaza!!

For The Past 2 Day's i've Been Busy @ work, which is at Singapore Zoological Garden... Well On the first day(Monday) I didn Really expect alot Of People Coming In the zoo, coz as usual it was Chinese New Year and all i know that people would be visiting their family members or friends house to house but Monday was a diff day of my life This year's Chinese New Year, it was like 8am in the morning and tourist started coming in...We were working at Ah Meng's Restaurant which is Kinda new and well it was so boring that i almost wanted to go home, Bad thing about Ah Meng's Restaurant is that there are just too many chef's that have been appointed to cook in a single station and almost 70%-80% of the sauces were pre-made accept for some which is the beef-pepper sauce,teryaki sauce and 4 other more sauces which i forgot.
Overall working at Ah Meng's Restaurant for Me was Average eventhough i did not do much coz there were no things to do at Western side -.-"..

While Chen Pheng and Jayson were changing into their shirt's Me & Shah were Off To Night Safari Coz we were asked to work At Night Safari where they needed 2 of us... as Usual The chef's there are friendly and are willing to help and answer our question's that we likely wanna ask.. For shah, he thought that Ulu-Ulu Restaurant was going to b The Same as Ah Meng's Restaurant But ended up it wasn't really that Relaxing.. firstly went to report to the Sous Chef and we were put into our respective station. I was put into Garde Manger which i have To Peel Papaya, then after that went To The Chinese side To Cut Onions, Then i was changed into Indian Side coz Mostly there is nothing more to do ...
For Me I Had Fun Over at Ulu-Ulu Restaurant where I can really Keep Myself Busy and not waste my time... There were Total 10,000 pax Total At Ulu Ulu Restaurant and More People Came Unexpected and well that's where Me & Shah Had Fun Doing Things That we were asked to do, for me i had double job, i was a runner for the buffet and as well helping the Indian Ala carte's Station where i learnt how to make Naan's which is a traditional Indian Style Of cooking prata like... we didnt Really had a proper Dinner till The operation almost ended.. We Had dinner which were 10 min to 10, the food was Great and well for me i really enjoyed the Indian food which is the chicken pita or was it Pika, Naan and the lamb rack with black pepper sauce.. The food There was Heavenly compared to Ah Meng's...Went home arund 10+ and reached home around 11 and slept at 1..

Reported around 8am, as Usual have to do the same thing but then like before nothing much has to b done in the western side ... For me just have to find something to do which is looking through the ingredients on the sauce, marination of the beef, and many more just to keep me active coz for all i know i was being a stupid statue and standing there for almost the whole day...

For This day we were supposed to end at 4 but all of a sudden the chef told us to finish at 5pm... end Up we had to be paid for an hour for Free labour coz there was a miss-understanding between the chef's, got Paid The Day itself and also we were given Ang Bao's.. After That Went To roam Around the zoo, looking at diff animals since our entrance were Free..haha.. Took pic's here and there.. after That went To Night safari again and this time Jayson wasn't with us coz he had to rush home for re-union dinner i think... then we proceeded to Ulu-Ulu Restaurant to Get Our Monday's Pay... The Chef Thought that we were working and told us that he actually waited for us coz chef thought we were reporting to him but actually we were onli instructed to work on the monday at night safari , again there were some mis-understanding.. But It all end's well In The End... well Maybe Ulu-Ulu Place is A Good Place To Be Attached?

Whoa Mann Today Was The Demonstration On How To do ratatouille and well i was doing the sauce with Chen Pheng & Jason.. 3 of us were having difficulties in interacting with the people coz we don't really know wad we were talking among ourselves as well..Lol... While Doing The Sauce,the cutting of the vege's and also saoking eggplant into a water with a wet tissue , as Usual Mam Asked Questions and well managed to answer some of her questions...
At The End Of The Operation my sauce was kinda sweet for some and Just Nice For Some... well now that i know wad my mistake was, hopefully the ratatouille recipe will b improved :D

Today, in class i was So Freaking tired that i cant barely open my eyes till The part where mam intoduced us a challenging game... I kept myself awake by thinking of the ways to solve the problem as well..

After The Whole Lesson, We then went to change into our chef uniform to get ready for our fund-raising which was demonstrating on how to make a perfect spaghetti & its sauces..Well we were excited at first coz our plan actually work and there was more than 10 peeps coming to see the demo not till the time passed 3pm.. I saw Onli 3 Juniors + 1 of my friend's friend + another guy from the F&B.. For The Rest i was wasn'tsure they will turn Up coz they've confirmed me that they will b coming Today but it turns out that most didnt really came :/

Although Things may not be what we wanted it to happen , we continued our Demontration and End It With A Sucess which students,teacher's commented our food was Very NICE...

From The Beginning Of This Project and Fund-Raising , i am kinda dissappointed coz the whole group is not INTO This Together as What Group Members Should Be..Compared To The Other Group, where ALL Of Them Helped Each Other and really worked as a group..Well Hopefully Things will change for the better in-order to make the event a GREAT Sucess...!!!

Well Now That everything Is All Out, I'm Really Kinda Tired but I cant sleep coz
A friend is coming to my house to take he's printer at this kind of time where usually im asleep... If i continue sleeping late i'll turn up to b all the way falling asleep in Class and well, i dont want to make it a habbit anymore So Ya!!!.... Gonna Meet my Friend with his non-ink printer!!

Today Went To Shangri-Lah To work , at first Meeting Jeremy at Hougang then went To Drop by Kovan as i was suppose to pass back the Basketball which i lend from a friend.After Passing the Ball Back, took train again and headed down to Dhoby Ghout to take the red Line to Orchard..Once Reaching To Shangri-Lah Chef Was Having Trouble of Jeremy's application Form Coz He Said That he might not b working Today so, waited For Chef's Answer and did what he can in-order for Jeremy To come in.. Due To Tight Security , Coz The people Who were Dining in were President ,MP'S and other Govermental peeps, Just because of this thing jeremy cant be accepted coz he's new and also the police didnt key in he's information inside their com, instead chef Told Him that he cant work today and have to go home... At first I was kinda Angry With The Chef Coz he didnt told me earlier in the first place... Throughout the kitchen operation, i kept thinking of the mis-understanding that just happened...

During the whole work it was worthit coz we had free dinner or lets just say a heavy supper, we got to eat Lobster,Fried rice,dessert(Hot) , and other expensive foods..

It's Been 6 Day's that i've Not Been updating My blog hmm well it because theres just alot of things to do especially PROJECTS,EXAMS,And other stuff... For Project, We're Gonna Be Doing an Event which will Be held in Clementi College West and hopefully it will be a Good One coz for now the group are having hard times to get sumthing out from the peeps and due to this we cant continue the things that we wanna do..For Now We Are Looking Forward for Our first Ever Demonstration On 19 January & 23 January '09 for our fund-raising in skool and well ticket's will b selling at $6 and 1 maincourse & a drink will b included.. Hope that Some of you will Support Our Fund Raising by coming :D

After The Outing Went To Vivo for awhile to Accompany the duddettes to look for sumthing at Forever 21. After That Me & Augustine went to Hougang, Blk 918 for a game of bball with xuan yan,hazel & wenna, and after the game went to eat dinner...
