For The Past 2 Day's i've Been Busy @ work, which is at Singapore Zoological Garden... Well On the first day(Monday) I didn Really expect alot Of People Coming In the zoo, coz as usual it was Chinese New Year and all i know that people would be visiting their family members or friends house to house but Monday was a diff day of my life This year's Chinese New Year, it was like 8am in the morning and tourist started coming in...We were working at Ah Meng's Restaurant which is Kinda new and well it was so boring that i almost wanted to go home, Bad thing about Ah Meng's Restaurant is that there are just too many chef's that have been appointed to cook in a single station and almost 70%-80% of the sauces were pre-made accept for some which is the beef-pepper sauce,teryaki sauce and 4 other more sauces which i forgot.
Overall working at Ah Meng's Restaurant for Me was Average eventhough i did not do much coz there were no things to do at Western side -.-"..
While Chen Pheng and Jayson were changing into their shirt's Me & Shah were Off To Night Safari Coz we were asked to work At Night Safari where they needed 2 of us... as Usual The chef's there are friendly and are willing to help and answer our question's that we likely wanna ask.. For shah, he thought that Ulu-Ulu Restaurant was going to b The Same as Ah Meng's Restaurant But ended up it wasn't really that Relaxing.. firstly went to report to the Sous Chef and we were put into our respective station. I was put into Garde Manger which i have To Peel Papaya, then after that went To The Chinese side To Cut Onions, Then i was changed into Indian Side coz Mostly there is nothing more to do ...

Reported around 8am, as Usual have to do the same thing but then like before nothing much has to b done in the western side ... For me just have to find something to do which is looking through the ingredients on the sauce, marination of the beef, and many more just to keep me active coz for all i know i was being a stupid statue and standing there for almost the whole day...
