ORGANISING PIC ASAP

Whoo man!!! Today woke up around 4.45 am just to prepare myself and some certain stuff to bring with me and waiting around Nan Chua High for Xuan Yan's Dad to pick me up coz they asked me to help them to take a video for them during their competition..Once reached the skool helped out to carry the necessary items which they needed to bring and placed it in the car...

After sitting in the car with the things, BARRI came in with 2 sauces in his hands.. The Uncle asked barri whether he can hold the cart which is infront of him coz he is scared that the sauce will spill onto the carpet, and then BARRI replied yes sir dunn worry coz my friend jhon is going to b sitting infront to hold on to the kart coz as u see i dunn have hands to hold the kart, then the uncle replied in a !@# manner, and i dont think he understand's english coz he dont get what is my frend jhon is coming and all of a sudden he fork here fork there. So Barri in reply also talked f backed to him..But then the uncle was in the wrong also coz he was suppose to reach skool at 8am and he reached beyond the time and still he still dare to F#$^%* people up, and not onli Barri was angry coz all of a sudden he said that we're Bustard ITE'S.Bloody Hell i was about to wack the Bloody F@#$ driver Asshole!! and sumore when he was driving he actually drived slow and still dare to talk into the phone while driving... BLOODY COW!! IF I had video'd him driving while holding a phone while another hand is on the wheel and sent it to the company he could be even stripped off from his F$%^ job!! WAD AN ASSS!! I THINK HE WAS THE ONE WHO IS THE UNEDUCATED GUY!!! BLOODY HELL MAKE ME ANGRY EARLY IN THE MORNING NIAH!! KNNA!!!

Onced reached Temasek Poly all helped to unload the things out from the car and at first the guess are not allowed to go in yet, so went in to the front door to take couple of shots in my vid cam and saw jia jhie going for his canoeing..

Then again waited for a very long time to go in and a group of us went to the canteen to se whether they're open but then it was'nt open.. Did some funny & stupid things there like taking some portion of the buffet food when we were not one of the people who went for the speech ..lol..then around 12 or 1 plus finally we were allowed to go into the room and sadly i onli took lots of shot of their display sets..

Well yesterday's Work Was Kinda Boring at first, but things got funnier and busy after 8:30..

The funny thing was when we were waiting for the time some of the China and i dunno whether he's a mynmar guy or a thailander F&B people were very funny in the way they pronounce words and asked for things...hahaha.. Firstly one woman went forward to the Chef and ask for TOBOSCOW then it happened when me,chen pheng and 2 other chef were with us listening to wad she was asking for and we were kinda confuse coz we didnt know that we had a TOBOSCOW in our Menu and in the Kitchen..so we spend like 5min trying to figure out wad was she trying to say at first i Knew that she was trying to say TABASCO and told chef that she's trying to say Tabasco but then i think he didn't hear me..so happened that the f&b guy came up to her and said ' what do u want, don't disturb my chef '

WOMAN: The guess wants TOBOSCOW

F&B Sir: Huh?? TOBOSCOW??

CHEF EDMUND: KANINA WE DONT HAVE TOBOSCOW TELL THAT TO THE GUESS

F&B sir: TOBOSCOW?? or ISSIT TABASCO??

WOMAN: (china accent) ORH YEA TABASCO..

F&B Sir: SEE LAR CHEF I CAN UDERSTAND THEIR ENGLISH BUT THEN U LEH CANT UNDERSTAND UR CHEF's ENGlish..

Lol Than we and other chef's laughed..

2nd Scenario

Everything was all in the Muslims Kitchen and ready for the event but then there was one thing that the kitchen didn't have,and it was an oil, coz actually there was no oil coz all the food are already cooked and our job is just to plate it on the dish...

Mynmar/Thailander guy : Excuse chef do u Have Oil?

Chef 1: uhm we dont have Oil here check the Tower (Main Kitchen)

Mynmar/Thailander guy : Is the Tower the main kitchen rite?

Me: Ya its the main Kitchen

Mynmar/Thailander guy : I already went there but there's no chef's there

Me: Oh k, hold on i'll ask my chef

Chef 2: Ya what u wan??

Mynmar/Thailander guy : I want Oil, coz the guess requested for it.

Chef 2: K (i think this part he was actually playing with the f&b dude.So chef 2 walked to the coffe area there and walked back and placed the plate on the working table.

Mynmar/Thailander guy : ?????? CONFUSED?????

Chef 2: What do u wan Now??

Mynmar/Thailander guy : (Smacked his hand to his forehead) and said i want oil..

me & chen Pheng laughed and laughed

Chef 2: Took the cup again and gave a stupid but funny reaction

and did the same thing again..lol..hahah

and well finally he got he's oil from chef peter..

and wasted 15 min of waiting for oil..lol..

We had 400++ pax in the Island Ballroom(Shangrilah) and the invited guess were the riches people in SINGAPORE, man u should have seen their table setup and the dishes that we made for them , it was like !@# expensive and it was like the food were madely made for prince and princess DAng!! there were truffles,and 2 other expensive mushrooms and their desserts was freakin Cool like from far we thought it was a glass but then it was actually iced carved with the Sorbet right in the middle of it!!

Well Today stayed After School To Help Out With The Asian Skill's people ( WeeKiat & Jessica) and i manage to take some of their dish but then onli Weekiat's dish coz it was already eaten by me and Je siong and forget to take picture before eating it.

WEEKIAT'S DESSERTS:

Well i was helping Weekiat while Je Siong Helped Jessica. After Helping Weekiat, i went to help shah,kian ann & xuan yan with cleaning their plates,pots and pans coz they've already done with their settings and stuff.

Tasted it and it was actually 1st time that tasted frog leg and well its true it tasted like chicken, " Luckily they didn cook live one".

Yesterday

had practical for Dessert and i may say Whoo everyone did a Good Job esp to certain people whom mam chose for the best consistency,best garnish,best overlooks and again i may say the winning judging is to Augustine..this is our dishes>>>

Well Yesterday went For Mary's Proccession and had supper with church friends at 401 after the mass..

Hmm well Today's All Saint's day and Wahh i didn went for church coz i was busy trying out songs for the alumni dinner : / but at least gonna be going for tmrw's mass which is going to b all souls day and after that going to practice with ryan & malcolm at my house for the performance which is goin 2 b 2 weeks from now..

Since its all saint's day today, i kinda missed HOME : / and well today had teary eyes coz today while watching TFC News about Kaarawan nang patay ( Day Of The Dead), it reminds me of all my love ones whom passed away esp those greatgrandparents whom i loved like Lola Periang, well missed her really much and her love that she gave to all his grandchildren, and also KUYA (brother) . I wished that he was here with us right now having fun like us.. And mostly Just wish that i can go back home this Dec for Christmas coz i missed playing with Firecrackers and hanging out with cuz,friends, and families & FOOD!! : /

Although I may Not be going back HOME this Dec , I hope That Christmas Here In SG Will Be A Memorable One maybe with some group of friends during Secondary years whom i've known : /
