Hmm Today Just collected My PAy and Well Managed to get $586.50 for 5 days.. And Now I'm missing the work at Shangrilah & the chef's that were always there for us when we needed help..
After That went dinner With The Senior's at Hog's Breath( haha firstly i thought the senior said Cock's Breath!!HAHAHA) and WAH!!!! it was 30 ++ and after taking pay $$ flew just like that and well the popiah or whatever u called it wasn't that nice,the rest was pretty ok but then service wasn't good also coz they've mixed our orders. Took pic's of the group after we ate our dinner.. WELL TMRW WILL GO SHOPPING!!! But i'll try not spend alot!!! Coz i Really Need To SAVE $$$ FOR FUTURE USE!!!!!!!

Hmm well back to blogging again and Whoo!!Man these Past few days was a hectic day : / But Then FINALLY its Over and well Managed to take some pics and video's of the Race with the friends and other people who were working for F1.. well it was my first time going to this kind of event which is Fun and Also Tiring coz have to walk up and down ,send food here and there,bring things up and down,cook here and there,prepare here and there.. But Then It was A Good Working Experience and Well There were alot of Pretty ahh u know..hahaha..Lol..

Well 1st Day was very tiring,angry,fun cutting huge pumpkins,cutting onion,cutting here and there , taking the shell of the lobsters and deveining them and also cleaning them & lots more..But was Happy in the End coz finished the day with a well-done task and also of the food : D

Hmm Well 2nd day was Much more easier for us to move around coz u had a rough idea to wad we were going to prepare for the day but well tiring as well...interacted with the chef's and asked what to do ...

1st Day of F1
Hmm Well came early for the day coz the selected 6 have to come early and report at the hotel to give a hand to the chef's , so around 12 plus the first batch of us + the Stewarding people went into the bus and heading to the grand-stand to prepare our respective room , carry things up and down , move things up and down,had lunch and i did managed to take some pics for this day : )

2nd Day of F1
well for the 2nd day went early to the grandstand with the fellow service staff's and well we also had a rough idea on what's going to happen and placed warmers, and standby some food for lunch,dinner,supper. Well on this day was really busy for us coz we had to be fast and really focus in our work..Again The Same Thing It was a very Tiring job And this time managed to take some Pic's Of some of the sceneries there when we had the free time : D same thing at night managed to take some night scenes and also vid's for the qualifying round of F1 : D

Reached the Grandstand again very early with the service staffs
First thing we did when we had nothing to do was take pic's with our lovely Seniors and and the sceneries. Didn went to take pic's with the service staff's coz they actually called us to take pic's with them : /
After that 2nd batch came and chef Melvin Briefed us on Do's And Don't For The day . So he told us that we can t take vids and pic of the race coz its already the finals and Final means More people are coming and well this day was a Full Pack!!

Mann We were sad coz on this day we were not allowed to take vid's and take pic and anyone caught , their pay will be deducted and for the full time chef's Off will be minus.. but then from what i see none of them really care's lol.. well for us were diff coz all of us were scared to get our pay to decrease so what we did was focus on the buffet itself but well we were allowed to watch the race on tv but not for that long coz we have to replenish some food if needed to..


So The Day ENDED GOOD AND TOOK MORE PIC's WHOOO!!!! CONGRATS TO ALL!!!

Hmm today woke up around 10 plus coz jason called and well at first didnt answer it coz i tot it wasn't really important call but then again my phone rang. Instead of hanging up the phone i actually pick it up and well jay told me that have to work for Shangri coz they need manpower..haha..lol at first i wasn't really in a mood to get up ..but then we kinda promised the chef whenever they need help we're willing to cover .. so reached there around 12:01 then chef gaved us something to do and It was cutting onion's , red onions,ginger & chili padi.. after that chef told me to blend the mixture and hmm when i actually blend the mixture it actually smells nice... after that went To Heaven which is the canteen for our break.. Yumm everything there is like a buffet then after that went back to work and chef gave us sumthing to do which is SEAFOOD again but it was all DEAD and it was CrayFish...then did some many other stuff like for preparation for the F1...well after work i actually smelled like a crayfish..lol..Luckily i brought my body spray but then it still has that smell..lol..

Hmm well gtg now coz tmrw have to report early for the F1 instead of 730 me and jason have to report at 5 or was it 6 plus..
Cant wait For the F1 tmrw Man!!! $10 per hour..Whoo..

and Btw Really,really ,Really Sorry To Garett and to ur friend that i cant get an F1 tick's for u and ur friend Really Sorry ya i'll make it up to u guys somehow..

WOW WOW Damm Tiring,Angry,BUt then it paid Off... Whooo..!

Firstly Today went at Lido around 8 am plus to meet Augustine & Jason.. well as Normal Augustine came alittle bit late maybe 4-5 min late then waited for Jason even late..lol 10-15 min coz he went to the wrong Mc Cafe..Hahaha Instead of The Lido Mc Cafe he went to Lucky Plaza Mc Cafe..Hhaha We were almost Late For our first Job and well had some troubles when we reach the place coz we didn't know who to meet and where to report, so called Kiann Ann at first but then Kiann Ann Didn Know Who To Meet Either, So Last Hope Was Mam, So called Mam ,But then at first she didn pick up so i was really panicking to whom to call next and it was already about
9:56 am ,4 min to 10..lol so thankfully mam called me back and asked her who to meet.. So she called the chef and called me again to know who to look to.. So went Up went to the kitchen and finally Looked for Chef Edmund..




Changed and well augustine & jayson was forced to go back to skool and grab their safety shoes's coz the Chef didnt allow them to work without proper attire, so for all i know they were asked to go back home and well i thaught they Pang Seh Me ... then hell started..lol without the 2 arse!!


Helped around with the chef's and well there was this ONE chef himself that i've help and i'm guessing he's from CHINA, well i gladly volunteered to do the pau thingy (didn really know wad it was called) then well i asked him on how am i going to do the thing and well i didn really liked the way he replied me, He was like, like this like this (in BAd manner) and from there on i feel like throwing the pau into he's freakin face!! Well What Do u expect on Me its my first day working at Shangri La!! and i dun really know how to do the thing thats why i asked!! . i mean come'n i asked u a question properly and respected u as a


CHEF!!" I asked You on how to do it or in other way how he wants to place it but then he replied me like i was he's *&*$# Slave!! HE was Like LOOK LOOK LIKE THIS LIKE THIS... LUCKILY I COULD CONTROL MY ANGER AND IF I CANT WELL I THINK HE WOULD BE DEAD BY NOW!! I Mean I asked him Nicely on how to do the thing but then in reply he gave me than voice tone.. I Feel Like Saying To His Face That Well I'm A human myself and we humans asked question and well i'm a human that dun kill my own people unlike ur @#$%^&* Country Which Killed mor than thousand's of people just because of wad u've mix into the milk u JACKASS!!! I MEan whad Went Into Ur Mind's to put that shit right there and causes harm !! S#C%R&E%^W* You!!!

So whad i did was cool myself and just went on with the work... Then Awhile Later the chef's went for their break and left the 2 of us which was me and another Senior, We were cutting Pumkins and well at first didn really know how to peel pumkins without peelers, then a chef came and taught me the right way to peel. Whad i did was peel side slowly cos i actually wanted to cut it like in a thick slice but i was scared that i may have alot of wastage on it, so he told me not to worry coz pumkin is very cheap so can cut thicker so that it would be faster and also safety's first.. So I did wad he told me and from there get the hang out of it..


Then It was our Turn For Break so made friend with the senior and well actually went for break with him..awhile later received a call from jason and asked me where i was so i told them i was in the cateen having lunch. they went to the canteen to look for me and well i told them to have their lunch, and the senior went to have a puff i think..After Lunch went Back to Kitchen and Well
"FUN Things Began To Happen"

Eventhough me and the senior finished cutting the Pumpkin, we didn know that he have to cut all the pumpkin which weighs around i dunno 45-50kg?? it was in a sack and each sach i think consist of around 20 in each sack it was a big pumpkin and its not like an ordinary pumkin that u saw at the market which are med in size.. So we had help from other friends of the senior and the 2 jokers(jason & augustine) at first it looks easy but then 45-50kg pumkin to peel and cut for Puree?? i Was LIKE ARG this is Hell!! Haha but then managed to cut all 4 sacks with our perservearance and teamwork.. Yeah

Then Thought things was going to be easy for the next task but then i was shocked!! It Was Lobster and it wasn't Dead!! WTD!! Poor lobster coz we had to pull off their pinsers and well i was holding to one of the lobsters and i didn even know that the tail of the lobster was actually sharp so i twist the pinser like wad we've been instructed to do and well guess what.. The Lobster Whacked me by he's tail and well it shot me in the wrist..LOL..Then by then one of the funny chef told me after i said Arh!! eh bcarefull of the tail of the lobster coz its sharp -.-..lol.. But Then it was FUN.. Haha!!

Went Home Around 8 plus coz there was no late event going-on at the hotel so we were dismissed by chef edmund early..Slacked with Augustine around Orchard then buy some mango-milk tea to freshened up..lol.. then saw this Awesome Freaking Lambogini!! It Was like Batman's Car MAn!!! It Was NICE!! well i told Augustine maybe its owned by an F1 Racer or maybe a Highly riched Dude! Who Knows?? Lol.. well in Singapore i gueess this Car Is Totally Rare, Cant Really Find it anywhere accept for now!!

Hmm well Today had some sleep like finally...hmm today did nothng much, just watching tv, did house chores , and well visited youtube for some new songs from other users and well Guess What!! Dawng She's Awesome!! Check All her songs coz its Awesome!! Hopefully the Recording Companny will call u and get u an album Coz u Rock Ms MAriaRose!!! Keep On Rocking!

Hmm Well Its Been Long since I've updated my Blog : /
Well, just after one hell of a project which was a last minute , we had tapas competition today and whoo before the competition actually happened we had a busy days where we discuss what dish we planning to do and also at the same time bought the ingredients and tried to cook it...
And here i am ,Today Blogging About The TAPAS Competition.. Well we started of with a fast phase but then had to slow down coz what we thought was when we finish cooking some of the dish we cooked we were good to present our finishing menu but then we were wrong..Lol..


So we slowed down our phase and well it made our beef became tough and dull .. after then the judges called our group one by one to present our dish and let them taste it.. well felt very nervouse talkiong to them but then sir told me not to be nervouse but then i was still nervouse..lol... so i talk talked and they asked some question regarding about our dish and some tips on DO'S & DON'T.. well after that everyone gathered for the Results And surprisingly i thought we didnt got selected coz our no. was 3 and the winning team was- 1,2 & 8 but without knowing the judge actuall change our no. so we ended up to be 2 coz there were to teams from Our class which was Shah's Group which are team no 1. s But Then one of my friend stepped up and i asked him y he stepped up coz wad i thought it wasn't our group.. So Heard the result and founf out that actually the 2 groups from our class CB was actually selected..
