First Day of Amber Was Whoo.. Damm was confuse on to wad things to do and well at first i was also confuse of the receipt sheet coz it was all jumbled up. Well i told myself that the flow suck coz it was my first time being a SOUS Chef and its not easy as u think esp when its ur first time..Well promise everyone that next amber operation will be even COOlIO Flow!! Hmm well Today we HAD Some Shocking Challenge in the kitchen and it was cooking in TAPAS STYLE or in other words finger food or even Amuse Bouche..and well it was hectic coz we are onli given one meat item which is chicken and we have to make 4 Diff food and with diff cooking methods and have to serve -6 serving for each course.. Hmm well it was kinda challenging and i was afraid that it wont turn out well.. but then it did turn out well just that need to do more learning on how to really play with colours to the food to present and also need more research on how to perfect the sauces.. Well Some Other friends also did Even Nicer than Our so called HOT CHef's Tabasco challenge competitors(WE).

and Gang Came to Shangrilah to plate their dishes and well if u were there to see it was like war and we've called all the backup we need.. It was really funny when an Ang Mo chef and a typical Singaporean talk to each other and think of it , one is a high class english and the other hand is a low class english plus the lower ones cant really understand the Ang Mo's english.. We also tool photographs with the Gang but then didnt took pic with Chef Charlie Trotter , it was a waste coz earlier on he was in front of me while waiting for the maincourse to FIRE and i just have to ask whether i can take pic of him but failed lol coz all the chef was talking..lol..

Well Today Just reached from Cuzz chalet and stayed overnight and i notice that i forgot to bring my phne and well once came back i got lots of miss call's..

Hmm well firstly Happy coz going for Outing with peeps for dinner at ???? (change location)
then take pay before that.. but then things didn turn out GOOD!

1st PROBLEMO!!!- Went To Shangrilah to Take pay, then first cash voucher got $69.90, then 2nd voucher had 70.60 then Bloddy Hell my 3rd cash voucher they onli give me $4.65 for 11hrs of work so wad i did was called my friends who i was suppose to meet told them that im gonna be late again coz got some error from my voucher then have to run back to shangrilah...

2nd PROBLEMO- Waved a taxi and headed at city link the taxi stand there to meet up with the gang, so onced i reach the place i called one of a friend then diff people pick up, told them not to play around coz my batt is low already but still making a fool,BASKET! then pass phone again till one of frend answer then told me to wait at merlion which i've passed it coz i was at the underpass of the suntec, then told them meet at Starbucks there but then no one was sure which one and for me myself also dunno which part so i told them near baclava there but again no one was sure so they told me they were already going off from tower 3 but then before i want to call them ,my phone went off : @ so waited at baclava there for 1hour or 50 min then no one turn up and theres nothing i can do also coz my phone was off, then planning to lend a phone from the security guard but then i dunt remember anyone's phone no. But then Freaking NEH looked at me all the time, from standing pissed and acting smsing when my phone was off..

3rd PROBLEMO- SO change Location to esplenade under pass there where people were dancing, well i felt relax as watching them then noticed my cuzz was there with her dance Homies but then didn really went to say HI instead bean relax didn went long but instead pissed coz waited for 45 min hoping that they would pass the underpass there but then didn turn up..

4th PROBLEMO- So they didn turn up, so wad i did was went to merlion there itself to wait for them there for 1hour but then again no one turned up so without waiting any longer, du lan already then went home hungry.. -.-"

-well i'm not posting this shit coz i have nthng to do, posting this coz waited for all but then didn turn up and still told not to play a fool coz battery going to go off but then still played a fool, i think in the first place i shouldn't have agreed to be there and I APOLOGISE for that and also for my lateness!! I should have took my pay and went home and watched tv coz that way i could have not spend my salary for a freakin taxi..But Then waited and waited changed and change making me like a crazy guy walking here and there..Till got an iterview from Blue MAn..BAsket... Feel like not going out now besides going for work and church..

Hmm Well Been Busy for The past Few Day's Of the Hols because was working at Shangrilah thats why i've not been updating : ( but then i had fun during the hols coz went to work and leaned new cooking methods and other more. Speaking Of work ...Working in a Hotel Is Not Really That Easy coz its hot,tiring,sweat alot Dawng ...but then once u got the hang of it ,it will be fine but then just have to bare with the talk's of Politics and such ..Haiz.. why does POLITIC'S Have To Be in The Way

Today celebrated The Day For Marcus How, i went over to meet them at Soul Garden Which is at Marina Square and well didn't really eat coz i just woke up and just rushed down to meet them so yep..

After eating went to the ticket booth of the cinema to watch movie but then i refuse to watch coz watching movie

to me when u just got ur pay is just wasting $$$$. So Instead of watching movie we went to the arcade to play some games but then again waste $$$ but little $$ spent ,an hour later Shah joined us play here play there then went off to bugis to buy sumthing... After all the fun went back home and changed coz we planned to Play basketball so yep the dudes and dudetes reached the court around 845 so yea played played played till we had enough for the day then headed to kopitiam to have some Prata and drinks after our game..

Hmm Today was The last day of the SIA and well all i can Say Is YEAHH!!! FINALLY OVER!! but then sad also coz we wont get to see them already unless happen to fly in SIA to other countries and see them in the cabin..

After SIA waited for WeeKiat to to end his pract and have dinner at Raffles with the 2 other seniors of ours : D

Hmm Today woked up around 5 plus to prepare myself to go to skool for work for SIA.. Hmm well met up with the dudes and dudette's in the mrt platform, well everyone were kinda tired so maybe that's why timing was'nt accurate..

Onced Reached Skool prepared things like their pots and pans and other neccesary things that they need for the day.. Well around 8am SIA peeps started coming in the demo Kitchen to have their briefing and well i was called in to help Mam Flora To click The slide show's -.-" Lol..but then it was worth it lol : D haha..Then when it came to their practical work, mam partnered me with an SIA lady who didn't have a partner to cook , so i was there to help her along with her cookings and wash some utensils for her. Then lot of Da Jie all of a sudden called my name to ask for help, so offered them some help and also took pics with them(actually it was their cams)..

Well Today Was a good day coz after the SIA thing coz we went To shah's house To Taste the food that they cook forHARI RAYA and well the food was nice and well they've got lots of stock of food incase they runs out of titbits..
Hmm k gtg le coz tmrw i have to work for SIA again coz mam told Me i was booked by my partner for tmrw..lol..
