Hmm well Today we HAD Some Shocking Challenge in the kitchen and it was cooking in TAPAS STYLE or in other words finger food or even Amuse Bouche..and well it was hectic coz we are onli given one meat item which is chicken and we have to make 4 Diff food and with diff cooking methods and have to serve -6 serving for each course.. Hmm well it was kinda challenging and i was afraid that it wont turn out well.. but then it did turn out well just that need to do more learning on how to really play with colours to the food to present and also need more research on how to perfect the sauces.. Well Some Other friends also did Even Nicer than Our so called HOT CHef's Tabasco challenge competitors(WE).
